Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, General Labor

We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team on a residential project in Ashford, Kent, working across three apartment blocks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to support the site team with a variety of tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Duties Include:

* Carrying out general snagging and finishing works

* Assisting trades on site as required

* Installing and repairing basic fixtures and fittings

* Minor carpentry and making good works

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

* Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

* Following site drawings and instructions where required

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card

* Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites

* Good all-round knowledge of general building and maintenance works

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Own tools and full PPE

* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
