COR Building Services is seeking a Roofer to conduct day-to-day reactive works to occupied and void properties within the Kent area on behalf of a large Housing Association. The role covers slating/tiling, flashing, gutter clearance and felt torching, with works scheduled on a price basis.
Experience in social housing is required, and the package includes 26 days holiday plus a van and fuel card. The position is site-based across Kent and involves on-site duties for reactive maintenance.
