This is a temporary opportunity with a highly collaborative, creative, and focused accounting team where your work will directly support major capital projects and financial accuracy.
In this Accounting Fixed Asset Coordinator role, you will organize fixed asset and capital project expenses, analyze large volumes of financial data, and build advanced Excel reports to support reconciliations and audit preparation. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records for a company doing extraordinary work.

Accounting Fixed Asset Coordinator Duties:
- Review expenditures and determine the appropriate accounting treatment
- Perform fixed asset reconciliations between the general ledger and subledgers
- Analyze historical expenditures and assist with fixed asset cleanup and record validation projects
- Build and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Support audit preparation and ensure financial records are accurate and organized
Schedule:
Day Shift - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $34 - $42 per hour
Accounting Fixed Asset Coordinator Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience with exposure to fixed asset management
- High-level Excel proficiency with strong experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- At least 1 year of data analysis and data organization experience
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
