- Process full‑cycle payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 independent contractors using Quick Books.
- Prepare and file quarterly (941) and annual (940, W-2, 1099) tax forms in compliance with IRS requirements.
- Generate and maintain regular financial reports for company management, including P&L statements and expense summaries.
- Maintain and reconcile Quick Books accounts, manage chart of accounts, and ensure data accuracy within Quick Books.
- Keep payroll records, employee files, and financial archives organized and up to date per federal and state requirements.
- Liaise with US management and HR on payroll matters, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and support year‑end closing processes.
- Proficient Quick Books user (required).
- Bilingual Russian/English preferred; strong English communication skills required.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing (W-2 employees and 1099 independent contractors).
- Understanding of quarterly and annual IRS reporting requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting or payroll is preferred. Proven Quick Books experience is required. Experience with W-2 and 1099 payroll, IRS reporting, and general financial reporting is a strong advantage.
