Position Overview
Performs various accounting duties within the fiscal department of HS4KC. Duties include but are not limited to processing payroll, accounts payable and support services to the Fiscal Department. Works cooperatively with other staff in an environment of continuous program improvement. Assists in developing, promoting, and monitoring internal policies and procedures for compliance. Acts as a resource for training staff on internal policies and procedures.

- Maintains confidentiality of employee, payroll, and vendor information.
- Processes accounts payable invoices and payroll in a timely manner.
- Assesses payroll reports for inconsistencies and errors while processing payroll.
- Process and maintain garnishment and with holdings.
- Processes payments for payroll related liabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Payroll or other accounting experience preferred especially with a non-profit agency.
- $25.67 – $30.13
- Mon-Fri
