• Process and enter paper-based credit memos provided by AR, ensuring accuracy
• Manage scanning, attaching, and document management workflows in a paperless environment using Adobe
• Complete projects relating to configuring custom invoices
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment

Qualifications for the Billing Coordinator:

• Demonstrated capacity to learn processes and systems quickly and independently
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in data entry and billing functions
• Previous experience with Adobe for document management and scanning
• On-site role in the Kent area
