Billing Specialist/Invoice Specialist Job Description
This position will help with the processing of payables and support purchasing controls among other administrative duties. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for completing day-to-day tasks such as matching, uploading invoices to shared services, and coding invoices. Additionally, this role involves monitoring AP phone calls, managing statements, and performing other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Acumatica
- Knowledge of purchase orders
- Finance and invoice reconciliation
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of collections process
This position is onsite in an office space, working alongside the Staff Accountant. The schedule is 5 days a week, starting between 7:30 am and 4 pm, totaling 40 hours a week for 1 month.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kent, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
