The Ford Agency is recruiting for an up and coming accounting professional to join the DC office of a great professional services firm based in DC. This role will work on legal billing, AP/AR, and provide support to payroll and some other HR functions. A rare opening with a firm that has very strong staff tenure and a stand-out work culture in the legal community.

Responsibilities- Handle client billing using E-billing processes
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly reports and investigate invoices
- Assist with payroll entry
- Assist with other accounting and administrative related tasks
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting & AP/AR experience, legal experience a plus
- Proficiency with 3E or Chrome River a plus
- Professional communication and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work with a collaborative and supportive team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 60K+ annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
