Position: Operations/Office Administrative Assistant - PT/FT

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional and detail-oriented Office/Operations Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and office support tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This role plays a key part in coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with process improvement initiatives across the organization. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with data entry/invoicing and basic recordkeeping.
  • Support staff with general administrative/operation tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Perform additional duties assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Quick Books.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Office-based role with standard business hours on-site.
  • Work PT 1 PM – 5 PM with the ability to flex up hours to 40 hours a week as needed.
  • Casual office environment.
Compensation And Benefits
  • Compensation: $20-$30/hour DOE.
