Summary
Join the team in the Kent Division and perform administrative functions requiring independent judgment and discretion to enhance the effectiveness of the front desk and the Division as a whole.
Provide administrative support in a team-based environment in alignment with WCP Solutions’ culture, company, and department goals. Enjoy your personal time with friends/family by having a consistent and reliable schedule M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm with possible overtime.

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the proper person; greet and direct incoming visitors.
- Mail daily invoices; upload scanned POD’s.
- Process incoming mail.
- Oversee the replenishment of office essential supplies (envelopes) and carry out various errands.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Communicate customer-related information, opportunities and problems to Account Managers and Inside Sales Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum two years of experience in an Administrative Support function preferred, including receptionist and switchboard operation duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and current versions of Microsoft Office.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects.
- Approachable, flexible, adaptable to change.
- Professional office environment.
- Necessity to sit or stand for extended periods of time, regularly lift 10-25 lbs.
- Frequent use of basic office equipment (i.e. computer, stapler, 3-hole punch, paper cutter, etc.).
