Administrative Coordinator Sales Support

Location: Kent, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Approximately 5-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Sales team and Senior Leadership. This role requires strong data analytics skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel), and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Sales leadership and senior executives

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational data analysis

  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems

  • Process incoming correspondence and maintain records

  • Assist with budget tracking and profit plan preparation

  • Serve as liaison between departments on sales, personnel, and operational matters

  • Support special projects and multiple concurrent assignments

Required Skills
  • 3 5 years of administrative experience (senior leadership support preferred)

  • Strong data analytics and attention to detail

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project)

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Professional demeanor with a positive, energetic attitude

Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting Sales teams

  • Exposure to HR environments

Tools/Environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required)

  • Salesforce

  • Business casual environment (professional appearance required)

  • Frequent interaction with executive leadership
