A commercial contractor is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant with exceptional communication skills,
fluency in written and verbal Spanish for a dynamic position in a collaborative, fast-paced, and friendly environment. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and safety team, particularly in facilitating administrative processes. This is a contract-to-hire role
, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
- Change Order Management: Handle requests and processing.
- Job Numbers & Prequalifications: Ensure timely entry and updates.
- Document Coordination: Manage COIs (Certificates of Insurance), Safety Paperwork, and Permits.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate orientations for new staff.
- Communication: Serve as a bridge between office staff and field teams, maintaining effective and clear communication.
- General Administrative Support: Assist estimators, project managers, and the Safety Coordinator with various tasks.
- Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle logs and fuel cards.
- Report Writing: Draft detailed and accurate reports.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Bilingual Spanish Proficiency (Required): Must be fluent in both verbal and written Spanish.

Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience is a plus, but training is available. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous with high accuracy in document handling and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, self‑motivation, and critical thinking. Collaborative.
- Experience: Open to junior candidates; reliability and a willingness to learn are key.
