Project Assistant - Aerospace

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Assistant for a direct hire opportunity supporting aerospace construction and facilities projects in Kent, WA. This role is ideal for a highly organized project coordination professional who understands construction documentation, project controls, contractor communication, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.

As a Project Assistant - Aerospace, you will serve as a key support partner to Construction Managers, contractors, consultants, utility providers, tenants, and internal stakeholders. You will help keep project documentation, schedules, contract records, and communication workflows organized throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain project documentation, contracts, records, photographs, closeout files, and archived project materials within document management systems.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
- Manage and update logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, NCRs, permits, utility shutdowns, site access requests, and key requests.
- Support contract administration activities, including amendments, change orders, procurement documentation, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate communication between Construction Managers, contractors, consultants, utility providers, tenants, and project stakeholders.
- Review plans, specifications, contractor submittals, and project documentation to support compliance and constructability review efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
