As the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests, the Concierge plays a vital role in representing our community. This position supports the community by providing front desk coverage and maintaining a pleasant, helpful demeanor with everyone who enters.

What will you do as a Concierge?

  • Answer multi-line telephone calls.
  • Greet all families, residents, and guests warmly.
  • Ensure all outside vendors, families, and residents check in and out properly.
  • Direct or answer questions from residents and vendors appropriately.
  • Schedule transportation.
  • Support management with tasks and projects.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Complete work order requests.
  • Enter data as assigned.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
  • Friendly, assertive, outgoing, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Experience in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus!
