Job Summary
Jefferson County is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voter Registration Coordinator to support the Auditor’s Office in administering free, fair, and transparent elections. The role is responsible for all aspects of voter registration and assists with election preparation and operation, including absentee ballots, training of election workers, operation of poll centers, and voter outreach programs. The Voter Registration Coordinator is a key member of the team that ensures the accuracy, security, and integrity of the voter registration and election processes in Jefferson County.
QualificationsRequires a High School Diploma or GED; and four years’ experience in progressively responsible position with an emphasis on election work and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation and BenefitsThis is a full time Grade 28 UFCW position. Pay range is $29.57 – $36.37 per hour, starting pay typically $29.57/hour, DOE.
