Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a growing business services organization in South King County, WA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished administrative professional who enjoys keeping teams aligned, deadlines on track, and daily office operations running smoothly.
The Administrative Assistant will provide key support to leadership and internal departments, including scheduling, reporting, document preparation, communications, and general office coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work with supportive leadership, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and become a trusted resource across the organization. Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and support scheduling needs for leadership and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate administrative projects, track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and help keep priorities moving forward.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files to support efficient recordkeeping and easy access to information.
- Answer phones, greet visitors professionally, and serve as a welcoming point of contact for the office.
- Provide administrative support to accounting, HR, operations, and other departments as needed.
Salary range: $52,000 to $60,000 per year.
