Overview

The Project Coordinator supports Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams by coordinating project activities, tracking commitments, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects move forward on time. This role serves as a key communication point between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project kickoff, design review, and work order release meetings.
  • Track action items, project commitments, and follow-up activities through completion.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams.
  • Coordinate customer‑facing meetings, document deliverables, and project updates.
  • Review project documentation for completeness and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Track project invoicing schedules and coordinate with Finance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and tracking tools.
  • Escalate schedule risks, delays, and project blockers proactively.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, operations support, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling/project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment preferred.
