Temporary Management Support Staff (Faculty of Law - Centre Shared Services)

Department:
Dean's Office (Law)

• Assists and supports the Centre in project activities and administrative matters.
• Assists with website and social media updates.
• Supports the day-to-day operations of the Centre (procurement processing, data collection, hiring of research staff, logistics, space/facilities management, and other administrative functions).
• Organises seminars and other events for the Centre.
• Assists researchers and PIs with queries (e.g., submission of claims).
• Collaborates with the Office of Finance and HR on financial and HR matters relating to researchers.

Requirements

• Diploma (preferably in Business Administration/Media Communications, Web Media/Events Management).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Word Press and Zoom hosting.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and basic video editing for You Tube; experience managing social media platforms (Linked In, Twitter, Facebook) is a strong advantage.
• A team player who is proactive, has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Effective multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
