• Welcome patients with kindness, manage the waiting room, and coordinate care for a seamless experience.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments using our clinic software.
• Handle patient balances, collect co-pays, and verify insurance.
• Explain office policies clearly and compassionately.

  Fluency in Spanish, Ukrainian/Russian, Arabic, or Punjabi is a big plus, reflecting our diverse community. Credentials like MAA or MA are also welcome but not required.
