Location: Kent, WA (Seattle Metro)

Reports To: CEO
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of territory sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for team sports channels including schools, clubs, leagues and Team Dealers.
- Work with Category Managers and Marketing leadership to manage to a Sales calendar aligned with each sport season.
- Drive a strategy for new customer engagement by leveraging key partnerships and other lead generation tools.
- Oversee Territory Representatives’ pipelines to verify follow-through and accountability.
- Manage key regional and national accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations to ensure alignment on promotional programs and product availability.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training of sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and competitive insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in sporting goods, apparel, or related industries.
- Proven success managing remote or field-based sales teams across multiple territories.
- Strong understanding of the team sports market, including school, league, and club purchasing cycles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively.
