Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This management-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who can lead inventory processes, improve accuracy, support production and business needs, and help drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize inventory levels to support business demand, production schedules, and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Analyze inventory data, usage trends, and reporting to forecast future needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, production, purchasing, warehouse, and other teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Lead inventory-related improvements that reduce waste, improve availability, and support operational performance.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
