Subcontract Administrator III

Compensation: $85+ per hour

Responsibilities
  • Administer subcontracts for large components or major structures (e.g., cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels, or large fabricated assemblies), including managing scope and value across the procurement lifecycle
  • Negotiate and administer long‑term agreements (LTAs) and/or Master Service Agreements (MSAs), including structuring pricing, volume commitments, and performance frameworks
  • Develop and administer milestone‑based statements of work, including establishing performance milestones and associated payment schedules
  • Monitor and manage milestone acceptance and payment authorization
  • Manage complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Level 3: 5+ years of subcontract administration or procurement experience
  • Experience administering complex subcontracts and long‑term agreements
  • Demonstrated experience with terms and conditions negotiation and management
  • Familiarity with milestone‑based statements of work and performance‑based payment structures
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience procuring large components or major structures, such as cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels, or large fabricated assemblies
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with Master Service Agreements and long‑term supply agreements
  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and procurement compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR)
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, NCMA CFCM/CPCM, or equivalent)
