Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration.
You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project's lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.
Your top priority is to drive critical project tasks and processes resulting in process compliance and profitability.
- Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
- Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
- Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
- Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
Experience
- Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtain wall business
- 5-8 years' experience in project management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- Curtain wall/glass and glazing experience required.

Compensation Range: $110,000-$130,000/yr
