Job Overview

The Sr Product Manager – T-Platform Lead UX Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise user experience strategy for T-Platform, T-Mobile’s unified operational and management platform for TFB products and services. This role serves as the enterprise UX leader within the T-Platform Product Realization organization and is responsible for driving scalable customer workflow design, operational experience strategy, platform UX governance, and enterprise interaction standards across multiple TFB product portfolios.

The Sr Product Manager partners closely with Product Strategy, Technical Discovery, Architecture, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure T-Platform delivers intuitive, scalable, operationally efficient, and dev‑ready enterprise customer experiences that support rapidly evolving business capabilities and operational models. T-Platform supports highly complex enterprise operational use cases across Advanced Network Solutions (ANS), IoT, broadband, APIs, security, satellite, government, and future enterprise operational capabilities.
This role must balance innovation, usability, scalability, and operational continuity while operating within highly dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities and onboarding demands. The ideal candidate combines enterprise UX expertise, systems thinking, operational workflow design experience, and strong product partnership capability to help shape the future operational experience for T-Mobile Business customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end product for complex or cross‑platform solutions of the highest level of complexity and scope, or product families, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.
  • Identify target customer(s) for existing or future products, and design and drive end‑user product research.
  • Partner with business, internal and external stakeholders, and Leadership to understand current customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root causes of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data.
  • Leverage rapid hypothesis‑driven testing methodologies and experiments, such as paper prototype, A/B testing, to inform direction and prioritize investment.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit / ROI / NPV analysis, competitive product analysis, to support decision making.
  • Work with stakeholders and follow enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.
  • Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, and analyze potential impacts or opportunities for the customer/product, and incorporate analyses into product process.
  • Communicate, influence, and sell ideas at VP level and below, regularly delivering product presentations.
  • Drive specific ad‑hoc analysis and present information to executive‑level management on request.
  • Influence product feature set and positioning strategies to improve customer experience and drive or support growth.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Maintain current understanding of tech trends. Assess how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the product.
  • Leverage customer insights for product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Dedicates time to customers, actively meeting them to build deeper empathy and understand their needs and priorities.
  • Create, manage, and foster an active VOC feed for themselves and team.
  • Actively look for opportunities to delight or meet customer’s unmet needs.
  • Evangelize and advocate for the customer internally (IC through C‑level) and externally, perpetuating the customer‑first mindset.
  • Create an environment and culture where the team is immersed in a customer‑first mindset.
  • Test ideas with real customers to ensure that the product delivers the desired benefit.
