Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
- Plumbing for a direct hire opportunity supporting residential, multifamily, commercial, and large-scale plumbing construction projects. This role is ideal for a construction project management professional who enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while partnering closely with clients, general contractors, vendors, field leadership, and internal teams.

- Plumbing will play a key role in driving successful project delivery through strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and communication. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative construction environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and a strong focus on quality, safety, accountability, and long-term project success.
This is a strong fit for someone who brings financial acumen, construction knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships while keeping projects on track, profitable, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage plumbing construction projects through all phases, including preconstruction, planning, execution, closeout, and final turnover.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, billing, procurement plans, and project controls.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, project documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with field leadership to align labor, materials, equipment, safety expectations, and quality standards with project goals.
- Conduct job site visits, participate in BIM/VDC coordination, track project performance, and lead post-project review efforts.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
