What is the Opportunity? The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all project construction is managed and delivered in accordance with the contract requirements and meets or exceeds the project goals. We have multiple positions open to service current and future work throughout Washington State. This position will be project based. What You'll Do Here
- Responsible for the delivery of a project against all budget, schedule and quality targets.
- Responsible for all project start up and close out items.
- Ensure the project team understands and protects Aecon’s interest under the Prime Contract.
- Understand and identify requests outside of contracted scope and raise any change management issues.
- Lead the process for effective change order management and resolution.
- Identify current and future risks to meeting project targets and develop strategies to mitigate any risks.
- Work closely with the Operational Vice President to ensure project risks are documented and managed.
- Ensure project team has a commercial mindset to deliver the project at or exceeding the budget.
