Customer Success Representative

Essential functions include processing customer bulk trucking and packaging orders from various sources, inputting customer orders into TMS/WMS system with accuracy and speed, preparing end of day reports, answering phones, forwarding calls and taking messages, researching information when needed, maintaining inventory by checking for any discrepancies, assisting in customer inventory reviews, monitoring the "Open Order" process of customers to make sure all orders are being updated, assisting the CSR Manager with special assignments as needed, maintaining and monitoring delivery in Plastic Express database, notifying management immediately anytime orders are missed/moved, tracking daily/weekly/monthly all activities on the customers' open order reports;
ensuring they are completed and updated properly, notifying management of any discrepancies, monitoring and maintaining the Open Order Report in the Warehouse database, reviewing customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy, and contacting CS Manager with any questions on orders.
Qualifications:
Required education and experience include 2+ years of experience in customer service (in the transportation industry preferred) and typing 40wpm+ with 100% accuracy. Preferred education and experience include a college degree and knowledge of bulk commodities industry rates and terms. Physical demands include the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Skills include proven interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to recognize onsite risk factors and take appropriate action with firmness and tact, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, global and cultural awareness, ability to multitask, prioritize and work under stress, highest quality written and verbal communication skills, willingness to be cross-trained in other departments, and professional, friendly phone presence.
Additional job details include no direct reports, a professional office environment, little to no travel expected, and full-time, in-person position. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits and perks include family health benefit packages, vacation pay, holiday pay, and company matching 401k retirement program, all after 90 days.
