Position: Self Storage Representative
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $22 to $24/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience- 2–3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous self-storage experience preferred, but not required.
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Up to 40 hours/week)
Logic Staffing is seeking a Self Storage Representative to join our team!
Job Description- Assist customers with move-ins, move-outs, and storage inquiries.
- Prepare and process customer notices, delinquency documentation, and related administrative paperwork.
- Complete daily deposit reconciliation using facility management software and banking systems (training provided).
- Utilize facility management software, email, and basic computer systems for daily operations.
- Answer phones and provide in-person customer service support.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Conduct daily security walks of the property.
- Sweep units, roll-up doors, and common areas; perform light landscaping.
- Conduct weekly lock audits to ensure unit security.
- Assist with auction preparation and related paperwork.
- Perform weekly golf cart inspections.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
- Ability to travel between Renton and Kent (about 15 minutes) during the week.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, software systems, data entry).
- Strong attention to detail (lock audits, paperwork, deposits).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Willingness to perform light maintenance (cleaning units, sweeping, landscaping).
- Ability to conduct security walks and follow safety procedures.
- Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Consistent part-time schedule (up to 30 hours/week)!
