Customer Service Representative (Dispatch Coordinator)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support delivery and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, business partners, and driver teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and a smooth delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Monitor delivery routes and track progress in real time
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues and complaints
• Process delivery changes, cancellations, and updates
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operational needs

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Project a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, calm approach to problem resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or call-centre experience
