You will release Work Orders to the shop, track completion dates, communicate schedules to customers, and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
Ideal candidates have strong data mining and ERP skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal abilities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
