** Customer Service Representative

** Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:*
* + Assist customers, business partners, contractors, and drivers via phone and email.

+ Monitor route execution throughout the day to ensure on-time delivery performance.

+ Track truck movements and update route monitoring tools in real time.

+ Investigate delivery exceptions, customer complaints, and service-related issues.

+ Process delivery changes, cancellations, redeliveries, and appointment updates.

+ Support billing validation, operational reporting, and data management activities.

** Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 1 year of logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, or operations experience.

+ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

+ Experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations.

+ Claims handling or service recovery experience.

+

Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), routing, or dispatch software.

+ Previous call center experience.

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 per hour
