• Overtime: $410/hour
• Holiday: $470/hour

• Monday-Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 8-Hour Day Shifts
• No Call
• No Rounding or Admissions
• Preference for 1 Full-Time Locum Provider
• May Consider 2 Providers Working Opposite Schedules
• Alternate Schedule Options: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off or 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

• Adult Patients
• Approximately 16 Patients Per Day

• Provide Outpatient Cardiology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Adult Cardiology Patients
• No Procedures Required
• No Inpatient Rounding
• No Admissions

• Outpatient Cardiology Clinic
• Multidisciplinary Cardiology Team
• Electrophysiology Support
• Interventional Cardiology Support
• APPs
• Registered Nurses
• Medical Assistants
• Cardiac Sonographers
• Device Technicians

• Board Certified in Cardiology
  - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Cardiology
  - Required
• Washington Medical License Preferred
• Candidates With an Active IMLC Letter of Qualification May Be Considered
• DEA Registration
  - Required
• Washington CSR
  - Required
• ACLS
  - Required
• ACLS Must Be From AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
• Epic Experience
  - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination
  - Required, No Exemptions

• Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Cases From the Previous 24 Months
• Case List Must Be Representative of the Scope and Complexity of the Privileges Requested
