The King’s School invites passionate and inspiring English Language Teachers to join our thriving Summer School, welcoming students aged 8–17 from the UK and around the world. Set within our historic and prestigious independent school environment, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic learning experience that nurtures confidence, curiosity, and academic growth.
As part of our dedicated academic team, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that build students’ verbal and written communication skills, while bringing British culture and creativity to life in the classroom. You will monitor progress, provide meaningful feedback, and support students pastorally to ensure they flourish both academically and personally.
Our Summer School offers specialist academies, vibrant co‑curricular activities, and a warm, supportive atmosphere that reflects the ethos of an independent boarding school. Teachers play a central role in fostering this environment.
We are seeking motivated, organised and enthusiastic educators with experience teaching multilingual groups. CELTA, QTS or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
Residential accommodation and meals are provided for King’s Summer School staff.
The post will be closed once we have appointed to the position and therefore early applications are advised.
