About the Role

As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. The role is available in both full‑time and part‑time capacities and is ideal for early‑career professionals seeking meaningful, hands‑on experience.

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills—professional and enthusiastic written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff.

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle checks.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
