Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant educational setting near Kent, WA for the  school year. We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide full-time services (37.5 hours per week), making a real impact in young learners' communication development. Qualifications/Desired

Experience:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • School-based experience or a passion for working with K-12 students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse caseload and function within a team-oriented, student-focused environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting student success
