Ideal candidates are passionate Occupational Therapists with school-based experience, eager to contribute expertise and collaborate with educational staff to help every student thrive. You'll work directly with children of varying needs, making meaningful connections with students, families, and fellow educators.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure (or eligibility) to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEP goals and interventions
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a solution-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise to teams
• Document progress and maintain compliant records
• Adapt and modify environments and materials to foster student independence
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
