Role
Fleet Maintenance Trainer
Responsibilities- Develops and facilitates training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance quality.
- Develops and facilitates training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance quality.
- Collaborates with leadership to align learning solutions, delivers programs independently or with partners, and creates a core content library.
- Supports pre-program activities, customizes content, and ensures effective delivery to meet client objectives.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen, leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to adapt in dynamic environments, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical and business concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational, planning, and technology facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, air systems, chassis, electronics, and diesel maintenance.
- Experience in adult training and development preferred; ASE certification is a plus.
