Avionics Technician

Shift: Monday – Friday
-5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced Avionics or Electronics Technician looking to work on cutting-edge, high-reliability hardware? This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on building precision avionics systems used in advanced aerospace applications.

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly (EMA) for both simple and complex builds
• Assemble and integrate:
• RF enclosures and system components
• Panels and structural assemblies
• Execute hands-on tasks:
• Soldering, wiring, crimping, and connector installation
• Wire harness fabrication, termination, and repair
• Mechanical fastening and torque application
• Conduct basic electrical testing
  :
• Functional validation
• Complete final assembly activities including labeling and safety wiring

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Avionics, aerospace, or electronics assembly
• Strong skills in:
• Soldering, wiring, and precision assembly
• Reading schematics and detailed work instructions
• Experience with:
• Wire harnesses, connectors, and electrical testing tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• IPC Certifications (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620)
• Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-reliability industries
• Exposure to RF assemblies or flight hardware environments

• Work on mission-critical avionics systems
