The Estimator position is pivotal to the organization's business progression, as it directly influences the capacity to secure new projects. • Estimate commercial fire sprinkler projects, with values ranging from $20K to several million dollars.
• Review plans and specifications to develop precise bids.
• Handle a diverse array of project types, including warehouses, schools, retail, and medical facilities.
• Apply knowledge of local fire codes and regulations to all estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Contribute to upholding the company's longstanding reputation for professionalism and safety.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estimating commercial fire sprinkler systems.
• Must possess a strong understanding of local building and fire codes (Local candidates only — relocation not available).
• Familiarity with estimating software and CAD-based layouts is beneficial.
