PAY RANGE: 115-145K base plus benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K)
Our manufacturing client is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Project Management- Identifies required resources to achieve project goals.
- Generates preliminary assessments, technical solutions, fee proposals, presentations, studies, and general support.
- Transitions project management and engineer activities from design to manufacturing phase and manufacturing to completion phase.
- Communicates with the Customer, Subcontractors, Engineer, and other stakeholders.
- Assumes financial responsibility for the project including accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to stakeholders.
- Facilitates invoice payments from customers and to subcontractors.
- Prepares client and subcontractor change orders.
- Monitors, controls, and reports on the financial performance of projects.
- Prepares or supervises the preparation of Submittals, Operation & Maintenance Manuals,
- Coaches and mentors project team members.
- Works with planning to develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors, etc.
- Communicates and influences policies and procedures.
- Establishes and leads associated meetings. Other duties as assigned.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in all the responsibilities of a Construction/Manufacturing Project Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
- Five (5) years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or construction is required.
- Proficient with scheduling software:
Microsoft Project required. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required. Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
- Demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.
