Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Associate Experienced or Lead Systems Engineer Support Analyst
- Direct Attack Weapons to join the team located in St. Charles MO.

Acts as the Direct Attack SEIT Tools and Processes Lead. Researches analyzes and compiles basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Applies systems engineering processes methodologies and tools to the design of basic system of systems systems and new product development. Derives and develops basic architectures functional requirements refinements and product designs.

Assists in the integration of technical cost value risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams management sales and marketing staff customers and suppliers to meet group organization and company objectives. Works under general supervision

This position is expected 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher1 or more years of related experience

Level 3 - 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Level 4 - 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with CAMEO JIRA DOORS BORIS SharePoint Teamcenter or SysML

Associate / Level 2

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master 6 year's related work experience etc.).

Experienced / Level 3

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master+3 years' related work experience 9 years' related work experience etc.).

Lead / Level 4

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience Master+7 years' related work experience 13 years' related work experience etc.)

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
