Conagra Brands is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations in our food production facilities. In this role, you will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to increase safety, quality, and throughput. You will lead root-cause investigations, develop standard work, and support capital projects from concept through startup. Partnering with production, maintenance, quality, and R&D, you'll use Lean/Six Sigma tools and data analysis to reduce waste, enhance reliability, and sustain results, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement process changes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and standard work
- Support and help manage capital projects from concept through startup
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and variability
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report on process performance
- Train operations staff on new processes and best practices
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the facility
