Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate / Experienced Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2 /
3) to join our Component Services Program (CSP) team in Plano TX or Seattle WA. In this role the focus will be on contract enforcement creating billing packages invoicing customers managing disputes and implementing process  support of program priorities. This role is hybrid with a minimum on three days on-site.

• Supports airline customers as Cost Recovery Analyst acting as invoicing focal for Component Services Program (CSP) Over & Above (O&A) billings.
• Verify feasibility of quotes for repair customer damage modification and overhaul. Analyze complex Tear Down Report (TDR) documents to determine aircraft material damage responsibility while identifying cost avoidance opportunities.
• Review contract language to determine eligibility to invoice. Create and communicate customer billing packages.
• Administer billing for Additional Service Requests (ASR) and Landing Gear O&A for multiple airlines.
• Implement process improvements for CRT Statement of Work.
• Liaison between Repair Management Supplier Management Customer Program Manager and Component Engineering to resolve invoice disputes.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
