We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Oxygen Patient Advocate to join our dedicated team in Kent, Washington. This role plays a vital part in supporting our patients and ensuring exceptional service experiences.

• Processes orders according to PHM procedures
• Contacts and informs patients of the order received
• Answers incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner
• Enters patients into the PHM electronic medical record program
• Generates orders and assists in scheduling of delivery
• Other tasks that may be assigned by manager

• Technologically proficient with strong computer skills

• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment, in person and over the phone
