Job Summary
Bank of America is a national banking institution. This role provides comprehensive financial advice to clients, helps them reach financial goals, and recommends appropriate products.
Key Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
- Plan short and long‑term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Mediates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals and financial center clientele.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan origination and comply with background checks.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of one year financial services or sales experience.
