Job Summary

Bank of America is a national banking institution. This role provides comprehensive financial advice to clients, helps them reach financial goals, and recommends appropriate products.

• Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Plan short and long‑term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
• Mediates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals and financial center clientele.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan origination and comply with background checks.

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of one year financial services or sales experience.

Hourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65; base salary only, no incentive eligibility. Benefits eligible.
