• Confidence in cutting, colouring, and styling – especially if you love working with balayage, transformations, and trend-led techniques.
• Good communicator – you know how to listen, consult, and build trust with your clients.
• Social media savvy – you love sharing your work and showing off what you do best.
• Team driven – you enjoy a supportive, ambitious team and you bring good energy to the salon floor.
• At least 1 years of on the floor experience
• Hold minimum level 3 NVQ qualification.
