Compensation

Earn up to $18.50 - $100+ per hour depending on commissions received, plus tips.

• Commission-based pay on services: 33-45% depending on experience level and audition results.
• Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses.
• Hourly pay of $18.50 for any initial onboarding/training.

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license.
• 2+ years of experience providing services in a high-end environment.
• Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs.
