We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality support to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility
- Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately
- Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities
- Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics
- Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers
- Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries
- Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report changes
- Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol
- Perform other duties as assigned
- GED or High School diploma required
- 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred
- CNA preferred
- Certifications:
CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers - Gentle, caring, teachable, and dependable
- Lift up to 50 lbs, push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements
