Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

As we continue to prioritize the well-being and academic success of our students, we are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time contract basis for the remainder of the school year.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support the munication and language needs of our students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.

Provide guidance and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students with speech and language needs.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the IEP team.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Connecticut state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details:

Full-time hours
Contract position through the remainder of the school year
