At Always Best Care, our caregivers provide exceptional in-home support that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. We are seeking professional caregivers who are passionate about delivering quality care and building strong relationships with clients.

• Competitive caregiver pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Assist clients with medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report client condition changes
• Deliver compassionate caregiver support according to care plans

• Hold active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
• Have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Be a reliable and compassionate caregiver
• Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Be comfortable working around pets and occasional smoke exposure
• Have availability for consistent caregiver shifts
